hey on the topic of hookups weve found a new smoker of a pool

yes very slick..
Re .. waiver..
they are not a total indemnity to the owner..
The work up to a certain amount. but i.e a serious injury broken back,
or worse the owner would be liable and insurance wont cover it.
Staight from a lawer..
dope on ply would knows this...
The owner would need to take out a special insurance policy for skating
the pool , to cover himself.. this would not be to cheap i figure...
