Bad news everybody, the pool is now filled with mud and rubble, I spoke to the owner (Draco) for like half an hour and tried to make a deal, but he wasn't having none of it, he was scared about somebody hurting themselves an then sueing him :( so the session is definetaly off :( any other place we could go instead? R.I.P Draco Pool

damm, that's a shame Jamie. I have a full liability waiver which releases him from any threat of legal action if that would hellp? Basically everyone skating has to sign a copy and he's completely protected should anyone stuff themselves. The US pool guys use these a lot as they're pretty lawyer happy over there as you know.

hey blameless how could i aquire a full liability waiver thing? what is it a hometyped piece of paper or a formal document?

I'll post it up later on for you Krassy. Far as I know the US pool sharks had a legal guy draw it up for them, looks pretty airtight to me.
