yeh, jackson ave, know it well. it used tp be my ambition to manual the whole thing. my theory is that you can go faster in a manual coz with only two wheels on the ground you don't get speed wobbles.
its a good hill for a carve sesh coz its very quiet for traffic, but not really steep enough for a speed sesh.

i'll post up when a bomb run is brewing and i'll show you some of the local sights. still gotta get over to city beach, i'm sure there's some killer runs to be had there, just gotta get off my big fat butt and find em

oh, and by the way dave, diggin those force trucks for downhill. i've got em super loose but they're still stable as at speed. though i don't think i've gone much faster than 60 on them. it was 60 wasn't it crusty?

It was 58/59 on the great Fairmont Speed-o-meter.

Allowing for the standard vaguaries of speedos and their potential error, I think you can claim the big 60.

Fast enough to hurt, not fast enough to fly....yet.......


Bring on some dry days. I'm scoping some leathers on ebay and iwould like to have a reason to use em.

yeh i have a set of knee pads that ive had since last novmeber and ive never used i wanna start riding steeper hills, longer hills. i really wanna find a big long run 2 minutes style none of this 30 seconds and done.
