boards apparently.

Seen people skating the banks at the bottom but didn't know anyone was mad enough to attack the hill.

Ahh the dam spillway damn spillway a nice arse slide top to bottom, if you let your board go 3 meters you couldnt pull it back.
Burn up a set a wheels in one slide, which spillway is that?

Tony!!!!!!!!

You were supposed to apply the blur filter !!!!!!!!

Those photos look like we posed stationary on the corner with big grins on our faces.

Any doubters about our blistering speed are welcome to try for themselves. :P

Will definitely get the car out on treetop to pace the actual speed of that second hill next time.

If 53km/h on white hart lane was the norm, im betting 70 for treetop.

No Zig,

From www.daddiesboardshop.com in the states. best prices on the globe, fast shipping and great communication and service.

Excellent complete "board builder" thing as well. Got 3 boards from them so far for me and mates and am stoked.

Lets get this longboard thing going guys - maybe we should dedicate 1 night session a month to hill bombing instead of bowl riding ? (as well as the sunday/weekend thing). Im sure a regular cool perth location mould make it more amenable to some in terms of travel, but given Tony's globe-trotting efforts on a regular basis, we should just car pool and get our asses down to Baldivis while its good.

Zig, you don't need a beginner course. Just do what Rocko did on white hart lane - point your board down the hill and worry later. He was hitting 53 clicks on first run. Tony and I were a little more cautious. Great beginning/ warm-up hill though - just start 2/3 of way up and build from there.

Another great starter hill is in O'Connor where you can get enough speed to progressivley slide/drift the corner. Anyone up for that soon of an evening ?
