Yep, Charlie's a great site and was part of the inspiration behind trying to get a WA based site together.

We've got a long way to go!

I dunno Tone ....... i quite like the fact that i have skated with and personally know everybody "that posts" on this site.
I know there are "lurkers" that you would like input from but at the end of the day , this site is an insular amalgamation of friends that skate W.A bowls........and that's a good thing.

When i post , i don't give a rats arse what the 'internet browsers' think......i'm only talking to my mates.........They should either speak up and join the scum .........or get a life.

As far as the layout of this site........It's so aestheticly friendly , even I can use it!!!!!

open up this can of worms then... http://www.skullandbonesskateboards.com/forums

however when i mentioned on CDS that i was heading west, they told me about this site hence my sign-up.

times have been pretty hectic for me since i've been back in WA. i haven't had a chance to meet any of you except graham(not sure of user name). i met him cos i saw a bowl scum sticker on his car whilst we both were doing a job in mosman park. hi graham if you're reading!!!

i've only had a couple of skates in 6 months. i am so un-co and so unbalanced these days i have trouble even doing an ollie. with a little more time and confidence i'll get back into it. fucking 35y.o's trying to recapture their teen years!!! a poor mans midlife crisis! maybe i'll just stick to collecting decks!

Hi NTO,

Yep we skate with Graham a fair bit but he doesn't post on the forum. He's a good lad.

it's still good fun to get out on your board even if you can't skate as hard as you used to. Most the scum are half my age and twice as good but it's really not important as long as you still skate for the love of it. See you in the bowl sometime.

heh heh

hey NTO, you put it well dude, . . . A poor mans mid life crisis indeed! Such a piss off bein able to remember how you want to skate but not being able to do it.

This site and crew are the shit tho, we're mostly in the same boat - not enough time/energy to skate as much as we used to and we all know how much your skating suffers because of it. Its rad to hook up with some crew tho and go skate with no need to impress or have attitude, we've all paid our dues time and again, otherwise we wouldn't be in this crazy situation.

Ijust thank fuck I don't have to skate with twelve year olds while their parents look on with a frown anymore.

Praise the scum, the scum are dead, long live the scum!

Hey Marty. How's things ?
Cheers again for hooking me up with the ring of fire and newport last time
i was in Melbourne.
Yeah, scotty has been scarce for a while now - too busy kiting. He did pop in for a quick roll
at vic park a couple of weeks ago which was good to see.
Still stunned at the new parks going up around Victoria - you guys are way ahead of us. Maybe you can hook us up with a contact for trev's ramp in Geelong when I'm over next. Looks like a sweet but scary bastard.
Take it easy
