Just picked up some kneepad recaps and new gaskest from US supplier www.socalskateshop.com Fast shipping and worked out pretty cheap too.

Plenty of old school gear on there if you fancy a look.

Ah shit, I nearly posted when I read that earlier post re:araldite, its way too brittle.
Im assuming you are going straight over the originals?
Either way a good quality contact adhesive (gorilla snot!) is the go because it retains some flexability. If your not familiar with using contact adhesive just make sure you layer it up good & even both sides, rough up the inside of the new cap, get the shit everywhere, but not too thick & remember even layer! you can clean off excess with mineral turps. Wait untill its touch dry, which is usually a bit longer than you think you should leave it & put the bits together. Hey presto.
Now.....where is mr. pro-designed for a proffesional opinion, you cant just drop your advertising & disapear!

Thanks for the tips Jess, I'll give that a go then. I am going over the originals.

Yea I wondered where Pro Design's gone..there's potential business waiting here! Maybe drop him an email.

Not sure about the double login thing, I have had that a few times too. I'll see if I can fix it.

Rightio, make sure you clean the originals up as well, they get a bit waxy & the like.
